We ship orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package. Shipping carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery service.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking can be viewed directly through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Local pickup orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when picking up your order. Orders must be picked up during normal store hours.
If an order is not picked up within 7 days, it may be canceled and refunded at our discretion. As always, please reach out to us if you have any questions!
